I recently purchased a wetsuit, the order was processed promptly! But had some problems with delivery. The customer service was very professional and very helpful!!! Rarely have I felt like as a consumer I mattered. But this was like a mom and pop business.. my experience is they actually really cared about about me as a consumer. Thanks guys!!!

I ordered a couple items for a relative overseas who wants to use them to get exercise as he battles end-stage cancer. However one of the items was the wrong size. I attempted to exchange it for a different size and was told that their return window was only 30 days. I asked for an exemption to do a trade, since it was for a sick family member. They told me no, that it was 30 days and they would not bend for a person dying of cancer.

They did say I could order a new one from them and try and sell the old one. Very callous response. Shop somewhere else, somewhere that actually takes care of their customers.

I very recently purchased a spring suit for my grandson's birthday and indicated his address for delivery. The suit came to MY house instead and I was disappointed and wrote a one star review which I cannot find, I hope it was removed. This company had the integrity to reach out to me with apologies and offered a refund on the suit for my misfortune. I cannot say how pleased I was to receive first, live phone call, secondly excellent customer service and thirdly to have them do this for me and make amends for their mistake. I too own a small company and value customer input and these folks went way beyond what they could have done....I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I also want to say that I have bought several wetsuits from them in the past and always had a good experience and I regret my negative posting....this is a company full of integrity and they have my loyalty forever.....buy from them!!! Great inventory and very fast shipping. The suit I ordered had design issues (to no fault at all to wetsuit wearhouse) but I am leaving a 3 star review due to them filtering out my honest review of the product. I only left the review in the hopes it would help other customers and was disappointed to not see my review posted after weeks have gone by. Just be aware that the five star reviews you see on their site might not be honest five stars.

A couple of months ago I called them for help selecting super stretchy 5mm and 7mm good quality wetsuits, hoods, boots and gloves. I then purchased what they recommended. Initially I did a test fit when they arrived, everything fit perfectly! Two weeks ago I made two dives with the new items, they worked and fit perfectly! They gave me great advice and fast shipping, I'll be ordering from them again!

I wear size 4 and I ordered size 8 after reading reviews for a full wetsuit, hyperex ACCESS. This did not even fit me. After I ordered this suit I got an email that my order was placed and I did not see any tracking info or any communication for about a week. I called them and left a message with my phone number to call me back. They never called back. After I found out that the wetsuit they sent me does not fit I called them and the staff have very poor knowledge of th sizing. I am going to send this suit back and never buy again from this place. Waste of my money for return shipping.
I posted this review on their website and it said it is waiting screening and was never posted. I do not think they let bad reviews appear in their website.
