Fun! Fun! Fun! Excellent price. Excellent service. We had a great experience renting two jet skis from Wet Willy’s on Sunday August 4, 2024. Our experience with Wet Willy’s procedures was similar to other jet ski companies we’ve rented from in Florida and South Carolina. Upon arrival to the launch area at the Caesar’s Creek Lake, we provided photo identification, signed a contract, paid the balance due, listened to a safety presentation, and filled out an equipment inspection form. Prior to paying the money, we were informed that one of the speedometers was not functioning. We did NOT care about this as our goal was to ride the jet skis as fast as possible. We were able to get the jet ski with the working speedometer up to 40 mph in choppy water. The other jet ski zoomed along at the same rate. Both jet skis had plenty of power and no hesitation. When we turned the jet skis off to change drivers, they immediately started back up. Both jet skis had a compartment to keep cell phones safe and dry. The service from Wet Willy’s was excellent. When the jet skis were launched into the water, Wet Willy’s got into the water, chest high, and held the jet ski by hand until we could get on the jet ski. Additional instructions were given to a family member who had never ridden a jet ski before. Regarding paying the money, we were given the choice to pay the balance by credit card or in cash. If we paid by credit card, there would be additional credit card processing fees. If we paid by cash, we would not be paying those fees. We have had other sole-proprietorships such as a hairdresser, a mechanic, and a therapist also add on credit card processing fees. We chose to pay cash to avoid the fees. We had a fun filled day riding the jet skis. It was a very smooth stress-free experience. We are already planning to use Wet Willy’s again next year.

Please please use caution and be very observant if you choose to rent jet skis from here. The Jet skis are unsafe, poorly maintained, and there are parts that are broken. Parts that are very important to the safety of the operators and passengers. The owners of the jet skis are completely aware of these things and chose to rent them out to unsuspecting consumers. They are unprofessional, deceitful, and sketchy. That is putting it as nicely as I possibly can. And when confronted with this after you have already paid them, they will tell you to " pay the $35 and take me to court" That was their exact words. They will tell you they prefer cash and that by paying cash you will save money. I could go on and on but it would take a very long time. I'm sure Mr. Wilson will reply to this and that's his right. I tried to leave a review on Facebook but he blocked me. I guess that's the easiest way to hide the truth from others who may be looking to rent jet skis for a fun filled day. Trust me there is nothing fun about dealing with crooks, liars and thieves. Just protect yourself and do your research before renting anything from Wet Willy's.

I have rented here so many times. I had so much fun that I ended up renting from them 3 times in one month!! My bank account was not happy, not because their prices are bad, but because I’m young and dumb and rented jet skis 3 times in one month lol. Was very worth the money. The owners always bring their cute dogs to meet up and go over the rules and jet skis with us and my friends and I LOVE playing with their dogs. I’m really looking forward to renting from them again this year. They are two of the nicest people ever! If anyone is reading this considering renting from them, I promise you, you will love the owners. They are so sweet! And so are their dogs!

I went to go and get reservations for fathers day and they didnt even know how much they're priced were. They're online adds are misleading and when you point it out they get mad and tell you they can't do business. Extremely unprofessional. Online says that you only need a $50 deposit but when you call they say they need all the money upfront. Dont go here. It's a terrible business.

Me and three others had rented 2 hours on the 4th of July. All in all it was super easy and they answered all of our questions. The only issue is the address they provide over text is not where you should be at, but all I had to do was call an the lady gave me step by step instructions and even stayed on the phone with me until I was sure I was where I needed to be. 100 percent customer service. We had a blast and will definitely come back when In the area.
