DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They have no respect for the customer. I order a number of shirts from this company and all the shirts shrunk and it also took over a year to get my shirts. They do not know how to run a proper business or make good products. All of their product is terrible quality and they do not know how to follow instructions or contact their customers for updates and information on the status of your products. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WET TEES SCREEN PRINTING OF ST.AUGUSTINE!!!

Ordered two dozen hats ,pens and work shirts. Robin and Mark made the process seem less and my t-shirts popped when I received them. Family owned and run there little grand daughter is super cute helping her grand Dad make shirts. I will be back for more t-shirts as needed.

DISGUSTING! On August 23rd this year I dropped off shirts and paid in advance for screen printing and embroidery work do be done on them. The owner told me she would email me the proofs within two days and once approved by me she would call me when they were ready which she promised I would have them within a week, no longer than 10 days from that point. After never hearing back from them neither email nor phone, mid September I stopped back by again to check on things. All I got was excuses after excuses but was promised again they would have my shirts ready within that week. After never hearing from them again after two more weeks, I stopped by again and was told they had just gotten one of them back, still with no proofs. The one shirt they had was sooo disgusting I sent it back and told her they had to be redone because it looked ridiculous. Long story short, today is November 18 and I just got credit back to my card and got one of my blank shirts back like I had requested. What's really soooo sad and makes me extremely angry is she acts like that she had done nothing wrong and being over 3 months late still with no product was no big deal. Plus, she NEVER EVER APOLOGIZED NOT ONE TIME! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DISGRACE AND WITH THE FIASCO I EXPERIENCED I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN! I RECOMMEND SUNNY DAYS EMBROIDERY ON US 1.

I SECOND THAT EMOTION -- E.G., I AM IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT WITH THE PERSON WHO POSTED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW PRIOR TO THIS POST. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER'S FRUSTRATION AND ANGER WITH EVERYONE CONNECTED WITH THIS BUSINESS.
CASE IN POINT: THEY SCREWED UP COMPLETELY, COVERING THE ENTIRE SPECTRUM OF ROYAL SCREW UPS. THERE'S SOME IRONY IN MY USE OF THE WORD, "SPECTRUM" -- BECAUSE I'M CONVINCED THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD.

ONE SIMPLE REQUEST FOR ONE SIMPLE, BASIC TEE DESIGN -- HANDED TO THEM IN COMPLETE DETAIL, ON SITE AT THE SHOP -- AND THEY COULD NOT GET A SINGLE THING RIGHT. FIRST, THE SO-CALLED DESIGN " (PRINT PREP) GUY SENT ME OFF WITH AN ORDER FORM THAT INDICATED HE PLANNED TO PLACE THE DESIGN ON THE FRONT OF THE TEE -- WHEN I'D ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR, RIGHT THERE AT THE COUNTER, THAT I WANTED THE DESIGN ON THE BACK OF THE TEE.
WHEN I ASKED TO SEE A SAMPLE SIZE, HE WENT OFF ON AN EXTENDED MISSION IN SEARCH OF SAME -- ALL THIS, FOR A BASIC BLACK TEE IN A STANDARD SIZE.
NEXT, HE PROMISSED HE'D SEND AN EMAIL SHOWING THE DESIGN DRAFT BY THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. NEVER HAPPENED. WHEN I CALLED TO TRACE THE EMAIL (OR LACK, THEREOF), i WAS TOLD THAT HE DID NOT WORKED MONDAYS -- A RESPONSE FOLLOWED BY SOME NASTY, SARCASTIC, UNWARRANTED COMMENTS BY AN OVERLY- PROTECTIVE COWORKER WHO CLAIMED HE WAS OUT SICK. HENCE, REEKED OF SOMETHING FAR SHORT OF THE TRUTH. IN ANY CASE, HE DROPPED THE BALL -- AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO PICK UP ON IT.
WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED THE EMAIL SAMPLE DESIGN,, IT DIDN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO REFLECTING THE SPECS I SUBMITTED. AFTER RESPONDING WITH CORRECTIONS (WRONG SIDE OF SHIRT, WRONG FONT, WRONG STYLE, ETC.), I RECEIVED A SECOND EMAIL SAMPLE -- AND AGAIN, IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE DESIGN I'D SUBMITTED.
WHAT'S WORSE, THERE WASN'T A SOUL AT THIS BUSINESS WHO WAS CAPABLE OF COMMUNICATING THE REASON(S) FOR THE ERRORS. THE MOST THEY COULD DO WAS SEND A ONE-LINER EMAIL
THAT DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS MY QUESTIONS.
THE MOST TELLING EXAMPLE OF THEIR APATHY, NEGLIGENCE & INCOMPETENCE WERE THE BITTER, SARCASTIC, SMARTASS, PREPUBESCENT REMARKS MADE IN THEIR EMAILS WHEN I LOST CONFIDENCE IN THE STAFF. IN SHORT, THEY COULD NOT MANAGE TO PROCESS A SIMPLE, BASIC ORDER FOR ONE SIMPLE, BASIC TEE. WHEN I EMAILED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR THE ORDER, THEY CAME BACK WITH THE MOST ABSURD EXCUSES AND ACCUSATIONS IMAGINABLE.
I PROVIDE AMPLE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, LONG BEFORE THEY EVEN CAME CLOSE TO PRODUCING A SAMPLETHAT MET WITH MY APPROVAL. THEIR RESPONSE WAS TO ACCUSE ME OF WASTING THEIR TIME (YEAH, AND I'M MARY, QUEEN OF SCOTS) -- ALONG WITH THE BOGUS, TRANSPARENT ACCUSATION THAT I CANCELLED BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO PLACE A DEPOSIT. WHY IN HELL'S BASKET WOULD I DO SO, WHEN THEY COULD NOT EVEN MANAGE TO GET THE ORDER AND DESIGN RIGHT, DESPITE MY REPEATED EFFORTS ?
OTHER AMUSING DEVELOPMENTS: SOME "ROBIN" PERSON AT THE "BUSINESS" (NOT!) ACCUSED ME OF POST-DATING A CHECK -- THEN ATTEMPTED TO PLAY "ATTORNEY" BY REMINDING ME THAT THIS WAS ILLEGAL. NICE THEORY -- EXCEPT I NEVER PROVIDED A CHECK. THE GENIUS HAD ME CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
SHE THEN WENT ON TO QUOTE "$25." AS THE PRICE FOR THE TEE.
AGAIN, NICE THEORY -- EXCEPT I'D ALREADY BEEN QUOTED $30., AS THE PRICE, NOT $25. !!! MIND BOGGLING, HOW ONE HAND IS CLUELESS ABOUT WHAT THE OTHER HAND IS DOING. SO, THE LOSER WHO ACCUSES CUSTOMERS OF BEING PETTY ABOUT DEPOSITS AND PRICING IS THE SAME LOSER WHO WOULD CHEAT WET TEES OUT OF
$5. MORE ON THE SALE. ROBIN: DON'T QUIT YOUR DAY JOB.
MORE ABSURD THAN ANYTHING -- ROBIN'S COMLAINT THAT SHE'D PLACED A "SPECIAL ORDER" FOR THE SHIRT ITSELF, IN MY BEHALF. FOLKS! -- WHEN A 'CUSTOM TEE' BIZ TRIES TO CONVINCE YOU THAT 1 LOUSY TEE, IN A STANDARD COLOR (BLACK) & SIZE (MEN'S 1X ) CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED VIA "SPECIAL" ORDER -- RUN FOR YOUR LIVES !!!.
ROBIN CLAIMS WET TEES HAS BEEN A HUGE SUCCESS FOR 35 YRS. MY GUESS IS THAT IT'S BITTER, NASTY NOVICES HAVEN'T BEEN AT IT FOR MORE THAN 35 MINUTES !!! GO ELSEWHERE TO GO IN PEACE.
