Poor set up no internet or wifi connection to take drivers course required. Course was mentioned AFTER payment was made. No refund policy is located on site for CASH payments. The jet ski rental company would not issue a refund.

Great vacation activity for friends/family. Our group of four took two jet skis out for an hour and had a great time. It’s a nice area — Dolphins and manatees hang out in the shallow swimming area along the beach so there’s a chance you’ll spot some wildlife during your trip. Recommend adding this to your afternoon plans when staying in the area.

This place is part of a larger group that has many locations in the area. I was staying at a buddy's condo next door and since I enjoyed using them in Clearwater Beach I figured I'd check these guys out. Rob was amazing. He made me feel right at home guiding me through the process. I had a lot of fun and hope to come back next time I'm there. If you are looking for some no hassle jet ski fun come see Rob and he will make sure you have a good time. Thanks Rob once again and I hope you stick around because you make that place special.

This business is misleading. Fees are not displayed for the customers. When making a payment online you're forced to give gratuity and other fees. Poor customer service. I will NEVER do business with them. If you see Wet Rental and Tours RUN ?‍♀️

This place is trash. Staff used to be amazing and is terrible now. Very sad. Place got destroyed, the world is better without Wet Rentals.

Was being run by one guy on his own, but he was great. Friendly, honest, informative and first class response. Scheduled us for an hour and put up with a lot of rude interruptions from some entitled beachgoers. Very professional individual, didn't get his name but he was ex marine vet and knew his stuff.

I brought my daughter to ride jet skiing for the first time and Jake and Sydney were not only extremely accommodating but they were also super sweet. Highly recommended.

Loved it so much we went twice the entire staff was friendly, safety conscious & we even recommended it too our fellow hotel guests & they loved it as well!! Seeing the manatee was a huge plus!!!!
