We are company that manage multiple properties. We had just received a new property under our management, and upon inspecting the surroundings, the landscaping was horrible. It hasn’t been done for a whole year and the owner even had a notice of possible city violation citation if it wasn’t done by (x) day. I needed this issue to be resolved quickly to prevent a fine to the owner. I called Tanner’s company with the issue and he was very fast, efficient and cost efficient to resolve the issue immediately. I will use their services again in the future. After experiencing really poor salesmanship and customer service with a company we previously used for our patio, we were so happy to find Visioneer Masonry & Landscape.

Tanner was great to work with, provided quick, reasonable quotes, didn’t try to nickel and dime us, and scheduled the job installation quickly. Tanner and his crew did a phenomenal job on the extension to our patio. Even after encountering a small problem with the installation, Tanner was responsive and quickly fixed the issue.

We also had pavers installed on the sides of the driveway. He offered to power wash the driveway and walkway to tie it all together for a fair price. We never realized what a difference an industrial power wash could make!

We have already recommended Tanner and his crew to neighbors admiring their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. We’re looking forward to enjoying our patio space for years to come!
