We recently had an unexpected situation in Saint Cloud where we accidentally broke a pipe while installing an inflatable in a customer’s backyard. We called Eddie Marino at Gettin' It Wet Irrigation, and he came through for us big time! Eddie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, showing up at the last minute and immediately putting our customer at ease. He quickly fixed the issue, made sure everything was in perfect working order, and ensured the customer was completely satisfied. It's clear Eddie truly cares about his work and his clients.

We had the best experience with Eddie and his team. We have had many issues for several years with our irrigation system. Eddie took the time to listen to all of our concerns and everything that had been done so far that hadn’t worked. He scheduled a time to come to our home to assess the issue. He arrived when he said he would letting me know ahead of time when he was on his way. Eddie and his team diagnosed our system and contacted me immediately with a plan. Our system had issues with the well so he contacted our well guy and arranged with him to meet a couple days later to coordinate all the necessary repairs. As soon as the well guys completed their part, Eddie and his team came the next day to complete the job. Throughout the process he was professional and remained in contact with me.
