Great owner! He actually listen to customers! Best customer service hands down! 2022 RXP X 300 Owner! Easy to install aftermarket parts if you have your own tools and even if you don’t know how to install aftermarket parts they have instructions and templates to follow. It’s a good way to save money and enjoy more, plus it’s always better when you can say you did it yourself! I ordered Wet Jet exhaust with wet jet water box mod and intake and it sounds amazing. DO NOT! come here for diagnostic or repairs. I dropped my ski off to have diagnostic done They provided me with zero diagnostic paperwork And couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. After charging me 280$ And then proceeded to tell me they don’t even do internal work. A normal shop only charges you diagnostic if they are willing to fix it and you decide to take it and do it yourself. Outside of that, I explained to him that I’ve already pretty much checked everything and just wanted them to put a computer on it. They checked everything and did not put a computer on it And we’re not able to tell me anything I did not already know. Beyond unprofessional!

Where do I even start about WetJet Performance?! The owner, Cowboy B, has mastered customer service, he might not always tell you what you want to hear but you can guarantee it’s the truth! The products are amazing! We’re running his elite 90 along with his upgraded intercooler hoses and blow off valve! Great quality! Originally bought a Riva blow off valve and the spring wouldn’t release so Bishop sent out his spring and bam! blow off valve worked as it should! Riva springs are very stiff and WetJet’s work perfect for stock boost and or if you’re running higher boost he has stiffer springs! 10/10 lifelong customer

Don't do business with this company. They will charge your card and never send your order. Customer service sucks. They tell you to message the Facebook page and then they ignore you. If you order from their website, you are taking a huge risk of not getting what you paid for. Has been well over a year now and still haven't gotten my order.

Be aware, I bought a Limited Edition APEX RXPX Carbon fiber Elite air intake and it supposed to came with super charger velocity stack 4 inch but never see it, I’m waiting for then to answer my message so they can send me the right item I paid for. Also they don’t answer calls every time I was calling it send me to the voicemail. In the website said they will be shipping item in 1 to 3 days never happens, I bought the 18-24 RXPX GTX RXTX GTI Free flow exhaust, NEVER fit my 2023 RXPX the one I got it’s too short.
