Extremely rude staff. It’s 101 and all of the shaded vacuum stalls are empty so we pulled in one and parked. As we headed to the dog wash with dog on leash an employee said dog wash parking is over there (in the blazing sun). We said we’d be 15 minutes tops and would appreciate parking in the shade. No deal, move your car over there. I commented that obviously we would not block anyone from using that one vacuum when there were so many available. “We could get a big rush so move your car.” We moved the car and washed our extremely smelly dog. 12 minutes later when we left all those shady stalls were still empty (see the photos of our arrival and departure) and I think I know why. Extremely rude staff! Thankful a new car wash will open soon because we won’t be back here even with an extremely stinky dog.

They do a good job of cleaning your car and the vacuums are a good touch but one of the guys was pretty rude, indicating to turn right onto the tire track and then yelling at me to go straight (the angry kind of yelling), and turning on the track and then angrily yelling to change gears despite the instructional lights not turning on. Maybe he thought I was being difficult, but I was truly unsure due to the instructions not working. Maybe he was having a bad morning, even though it was only like 8:05. It’s a good place but the attitude is not appreciated, and is a bit disappointing.

I'm the owner of a car service, LUXtran, in Fredericksburg, and have only ever used this car wash sparingly because it is severely over-priced for what you actually get. However, today I decided to give the full service a chance to see if that was the magic this company needed, $34 for someone to do something "extra".

I've already gone over some of the run spots on the window sills with leather conditioner and will begin using something stronger.

I don't even want a refund. Just a warning for anyone who has any dark colors in their interiors.

Also, as the pictures show, they use an abundant amount of tire dressing to clean the wheels (calling it wheel cleaner, probably so they can save the time/money to avoid actually wiping tire dressing off of coated wheel surfaces)

All shiny trim in the car now has a glaze caused by whatever chemical they use to wipe interior surfaces.

I will not be going back, and though currently that's no big deal, none of my future vehicle/s will be either until they hire and pay professionals or train their staff to at least screw everything up in a uniform manner.

The owner, John Moorman of Lechugilla Ventures LLC, contacted my company's main phone line, and it wasn't until he knew there was a witness to the conversation that he offered any compensation. The phone conversation lasted approx 4 minutes, more than half of that was before he was made aware of the witness. It was only then that he made comments regarding compensation. Prior to that there was a vague threat and several jaw dropping moments where John demonstrated his lack of speaking skills and customer service.

He was told in a public post to keep his money. (I can't quote my words, they're against Google policies)

Stopped here for the first time on the way back to Austin. I like that they spray down the car with soap and water to loosen everything up first because the actual auto wash is short and quick. Free vacuum and towels provided afterwards.

We have been using this car wash for about 4 years and at first the car wash was good and your car came out of the wash bay pretty clean and the wipe down was all it needed to clean your vehicle. I just had out car there for their Express Ultimate $23.00 wash. The attendant's halfhearted sprayed some water on the car and somewhat brushed the windshield. Once out of the wash bay the car didn't even look like it had been washed. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it is the last. Will not use them any longer.

Every time I've gone here, the staff have been so helpful and friendly. It's a high quality wash and service, too.

The last time I came in, I had a bunch of caliche in the bed of my truck. The guy who came out advised me to go to a self-serve to spray it out first so I didn't waste my money. I really appreciated that he took the time to do that.

They did amazing. We had bugs from the drive. We paid $23 for the top wash. They had two guys used soap and brushes prior to the drive through part and got all the bugs and then we drove through. It was great.
