Been going here for about 3 years and always great service. Sweet ladies that love all over my fur babies. You definitely have to schedule weeks out for full grooming services as they are very busy buy can stop anytime for a quick nail trim.

We take our Pyrenees there to be groomed. They do a great job with them. Our puppies seem to like going there. Having long haired dogs is pricey to have them groomed. They're also big girls. Khloe more so than Lilo. Khloe weighs in at 140 lbs. She's my big goofie. Lilo, who's our rescue dog. I call her my brown eyed girl. She's a Pyrenees and border collie mix. She weighs 80 lbs. Khloe raises the bill because of her size. They are reasonable on their prices. They both like the treats they sell there. The treats are inexpensive and good for your fur baby. The two of them let us know they like them and want more. I do recommend wet your whiskers. Their staff are very good with our pets and our fur babies like to go there. They are very busy. We have to schedule appts for grooming a couple weeks in advance. That's because of their size. Our daughter takes her dogs there too. They are much smaller and take less time to brush. She can get hers in right away compared to ours. Ours take about three hours apiece. Our daughter's take 45 minutes. If there were more stars available I'd give I'd give them more.

They always provide great service! They take really good care of my dogs, and they are always sooo clean and smell good afterward. One of my dogs has some special things done due to an injury, and they are great with that too.

They do a good job with Milo, our shih tzu. Milo doesn't seem to mind being left there. He enjoys getting a bath, haircut and nails cut and filed

Carina always takes such good care of my Sunny girl, and I'm always appreciative of her expertise and advice she gives when I ask what I can be doing better at home! The front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and up front about if there may be any time delays, and they always double check the details with me about Sunny's groom. If I ever need to get her in for just a bath, they usually can get her in same day no problem. I appreciate all the care they take while taking care of my girl! ❤️

Absolutely mortified at the way I was treated. I took my small yorkie in for her first ever cut and the cut was horrendous. She has a matting issue with her hair (I knew they’d have to cut her short) which was fine but when I got her back all her hair was completely gone.. not at all what I asked for. But I had called them after we left and they made it sound like I’d be reimbursed. So we showed back up and the second I walked in I didn’t even get a word in before the manager LITERALLY yelled at me she tried to paint the narrative that I was “just looking for a free haircut” like I was some sort of crook trying to steal from a small business. She completely embarrassed me in front of the whole store 10+ people screaming at me that “I signed a form and that they weren’t legally responsible” which is totally fine because she’s right I did sign a form but screaming at me? Absolutely not okay. I never raised my voice at her and was calm and collected the entire time and when I realized she wasn’t going to calm down I tried to exit and when I pulled on the gate she tried to hold the gate shut on me so I could not exit. At that point I was terrified that she was going to put her hands on me. I opened the gate forcefully and left. I would’ve never written this review over a haircut. I’m purely writing this due to the unprofessionalism of the manager on duty. I’m aware it’s just hair and it will grow back but I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life by a business. Needless to say I will never be returning here and this was an extremely scarring experience for my wife, my dog and, myself.
